One of the programs offering in this group is information systems as a specialization in Industrial Engineering. This program tries to combine IS & IT subjects with subjects related to business management and industrial engineering. The degree covers the business IS spectrum from supporting and management of business operations and processes through to supporting managers' decision making. The program focuses on how to analyze data in order to predict and recognize patterns and on how to visualize and present results in order to support managerial decision-making. This program prepares students for careers in business-focused IS areas such as business information systems, business analytics, information systems management, IS security and especially for roles such as business analyst, data analyst and data scientist.
