Dr. Hamid Banaeian, with over eighteen years of academic, research, and executive experience in the fields of finance, investment, and banking, holds a masters degree in Financial Management from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran and a Ph.D. in the same field from the University of Tehran. Currently, he is a faculty member in the Department of Systems Management and Productivity at the faculty of industrial management and systems at the university. His research and studies have resulted in numerous Persian and English articles published in scientific and research journals, as well as participation in various domestic and international scientific conferences. His current research topics includes: -financial engineering and instrument design, -portfolio management, -design, development, and implementation of financial information systems, -capital structure analysis and enhancement, -risk management.
